Description:

Grapholita molesta is a lepidopteran of 10-16 mm in size. It mainly affects stone fruits such as peach, nectarine and apricot. It can also cause damage to apples, pears, cherries and plums.

Generations:

Generally in Spain it presents 5 annual generations and we can begin to find presence in March.

Damage:

Caterpillars cause damage to growing shoots and fruit. It is important to control these attacks in growing crop plantations.
